QUALITY POLICY STATEMENT

Established in 2019, Lexnis Services Limited specialises in the provision of quality Security Services
(Guarding & Electronics), Cleaning Services, Recruitment & Consultancy Services, and
FM & Maintenance Services to multiple industries across England & Wales.

It is our policy to operate in full compliance with all current employment legislation, health and safety
requirements, and recognised security industry codes of practice including
BS 7499, BS 7984, and BS 7858.

We operate in accordance with a Quality Management System compliant with
BS EN ISO 9001:2015. We also recognise that although our activities have minimal
adverse impact on the environment, we have a responsibility to protect it wherever possible and therefore
commit ourselves to ISO 14001:2015.

The management of the company is fully committed to the requirements of the Quality Manual, and all
employees are made fully aware of their responsibilities for implementing quality procedures through
documented training.

Our policy is to provide unambiguous, transparent, and competitive quotations based on clear client
requirements and detailed assignment surveys.

Measurable quality, environmental, and performance objectives have been identified across all core areas
of the business (as defined in Document QD.03 of the Quality Manual). We are committed to continual
improvement through internal audits and management reviews to monitor performance, set new objectives,
and enhance service delivery to our clients.

This Quality Policy is communicated to all employees during induction training and a copy is issued upon
commencement of employment. The policy is also readily available to interested parties upon request.

Employee understanding of this policy is verified through internal audits and training reviews.

The Director, acting as the Quality Management Representative, is responsible for promoting this policy
throughout all aspects of the organisation and ensuring that the quality culture at Lexnis Services Limited
is maintained.
